Yes i think there is a lot of poaching going on, and the most guilty party is obviously the one thats the best at it. That raises a question of ethics. I know there are a lot of unethincal sales people out there and as poaching seems to be becoming more of a problem for both dealers as well as customers who are not clear on what they are doing or the terms and conditions of the offers they are receiving then i think tighter control is needed from the regulatory body.

A perfect example of this is dealers 'buying out' contracts and not making customers aware of exactly what they have to do to actually get out of their existing contracts.
