JAG launches its own troubleshooting team

JAG launches its own troubleshooting team - Mobile news

Team of three to visit under-performing stores around the country

A team of troubleshooters will target under-performing JAG stores in a new improvement initiative launched by the retailer.

The team of three sales and management employees will visit ‘faltering’ stores to conduct a four day assessment of their productivity, with the company’s more successful outlets used as working examples of what to aim for.

JAG boss John George said: ‘JAG’s ongoing expansion presents a new set of challenges in the ways we do business. We have to ensure there is consistency throughout the company, both in terms of the training and professionalism of branch staff and stability of performance across our 147 branches nationwide. The troubleshooting team will help to deliver this consistency throughout the company.’

The team will be made up of Steve Cottey, who has worked for JAG for four years, Kieran Laven who has just joined the company from Phones 4u and Kevin George who has worked for JAG for seven years.
