Repair and logistics firm Anovo has signed a new contract with Phones 4u to extend its current call centre technical services.
The two companies have been working together since 2007 and Anovo said the technical advice it offers guides customers through the 'difficult transition' to them using smartphones.
Phones 4u associate merchandising director Dave Ware said: ‘Anovo has extensive experience in the technology space and we are pleased that they are providing technical support to our customers and over 580 Phones 4u retail stores’.
Anovo UK CEO Kevin Coleman said: ‘I am personally delighted at the signing of this new contract with Phones 4u. This is a key service offering and one that forms a major part of our services strategy moving forward.'
