Nokia’s N96 was available in all high street stores except for O2 from this Wednesday (1 October).
3 has started the offers early, with a low ball deal offering the handset on a £30-per-month deal, while Phones 4u is pushing a deal on Orange’s £35-per-month Dolphin deal, but on a 24-month contract.
Nokia has confirmed there will not be a gradual introduction of the phone and the stock should be plentiful in all stores.
A Nokia spokesperson said: ‘Orders for the Nokia N96 from all operators are being fulfilled in their entirety in time for the 1 October sale date.’
The handset will sit at the helm of Nokia’s Nseries handsets with pre-loaded applications such as BBC iPlayer.
