Fizzback’s software and its ‘customer engagement concept’ is the brainchild of Keve, whose creation of detailed ‘artificial store intelligence’ has revolutionised staff pay, behaviour and customer service in mobile retail.Fizzback was an inadvertent beneficiary from Ofcom’s investigation into mis-selling last year, which forced mobile companies to make customer satisfaction in retail the major priority. Phones 4u was the first to take up the service, which assesses the likelihood of a customer recommending the service, and the retailer has seen its scores jump 36% since first introducing the service. Carphone Warehouse, Orange and T-Mobile have already signed up.
