T-Mobile has had a busy year not only with the merger, but re-structuring its indirect channel, headed up by Fannon. Fannon’s responsibilities reach across the whole of the indirect channel and he has built up tight partnerships with the businesses performing for T-Mobile.He is highly regarded in the independent channel and is always approachable and able to see things from the point of view of the dealer.He also oversaw a highly successful dealer conference this year which saw the announcement of major investment in the dealer channel, but with a focus on providing quality. T-Mobile’s relationship with RIM continues to soar and the independent channel has been a large part of that success, with some saying Fannon has created part of that momentum.
