Cowdry’s time back at O2 after a year out on maternity leave has seen her realign the marketing department to show that O2 is now a business that does not just sell mobile.She oversaw the network’s launch into fixed line, with its Home Phone service, and contributed towards the operator maintaining the lowest churn in the industry.Despite O2 losing its iPhone exclusive, Cowdry has continued to grow the operator’s customer base, while she has been key in strengthening the O2 brand through initiatives such as its Priority ticketing service.
