Downloading mobile apps is now commonplace for anyone with internet access on their mobile phone and games represent a key segment that no device manufacturer or network provider can ignore.  EA develops, publishes, and distributes interactive software worldwide for video game systems, personal computers, wireless devices and the Internet. In fiscal year 2010, EA had 27 titles that sold more than one million copies and five titles that sold more than four million including FIFA 10, Madden NFL 10, The Sims 3, Battlefield: Bad Company 2, and Need for Speed SHIFT. FIFA 10 has sold over 10 million units since launch.Parmenter, who is in charge of business development, has spearheaded the company’s drive into Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He is also responsible for EA Mobile’s relationships with OEMs and associated vendors. His professional background spans music, telecoms and game publishing. He is described as being incredibly passionate about delivering high quality games across multiple platforms across the regions he is responsible for.
