With a remit far beyond the UK business, Colao's inclusion on a UK list may appear odd. But his appointment at the helm of Vodafone in July 2008 has radically changed the company, with profound ramifications for the UK.Colao started with the reshuffle of Guy Laurence's position to become UK CEO, and Nick Read taking an Asia-Pacific role.
