Power 50 Profile: Andrew Coull, VP of retail, Everything Everywhere
Although the figures haven’t been officially released, T-Mobile had its best Christmas ever for the T-Mobile estate in 2010, adding over one million new prepay and contract connections over the period. This is down to VP of retail Andrew Coull. Coull’s influence in the retail space is credited to his open and honest approach. Trials of new format stores have been done out in the open, with Coull keen to get feedback from both staff and customers. He’s a hands-on manager who is just as likely to be found in the stores as in the boardroom and for that he is respected on both sides.
