For someone outside the major networks, retailers and manufacturers, Nuttall is held in remarkable esteem by senior figures in the mobile industry. It is even more remarkable when you consider that mobile is just one part of Nuttall’s remit, which covers gaming, TV on demand, joint ventures and content syndication. Mobile has been diligently pursued by Nuttall, built on Sky’s expertise of understanding customers rather than technology, which has so far been the default strategy in the mobile content market. He has secured mobile rights for Sky’s content and has pushed for multi-platform rights on future content deals.
