Samsung to air new advert for Jet as part of £5M campaign
The advert will be aired during Big Brother tonight (3 July) on Channel 4
Samsung will air a new TV advertising campaign tonight (3 July) for its new handset, the Jet.
The advert suggests against waiting – it runs with the tagline ‘Impatience is a Virtue’ – and is voiced by Scottish actor James McAvoy.
With the same promo director as Skins (the controversial teenage drama on Channel 4) the advert plays out like an episode of the drama, with chaotic teenage party scenes.
The TV campaign will be backed by a cinema campaign, press, poster and digital advertising, which Samsung claims will cost a total of £5M.
