Vodafone to integrate Live! with online portal

Vodafone is looking to make content management easier for its customers by enabling them to do it on the PC.

A spokesman for Vodafone confirmed that the operator ‘has aspirations’ to integrate Vodafone Live! with the operators online site.

‘We have been talking about bring the mobile experience on mobile and vice versa for a year already,’ a spokesman for Vodafone said.

According to reports Vodafone is planning a series of online tools including the ability to manage contacts and media, but the spokesman was unable to confirm.

One example of the further integration of PC and mobile is the PC client Vodafone recently launched in Germany. The Vodafone Mobile Music Manager a media player that enables users to organise tracks and buy new music on the PC.

The operator is understood to be launching a similar service in the UK before the end of this year.
