How long has Cani been established?
We have being going since July last year. It was a bit of a risk setting up in the current climate, but we thought if we don’t jump now, we will never jump. Since setting up, we have distributor incentives and will be going on a golf trip to the Algarve soon.

How is the business improving?

We do more and more volume each month and are recruiting more staff and delivering on customer service. The only struggle I thought there might be was having no reputation. It has been a big challenge, but we have built a very good customer base.

What networks do you connect?
We connect Orange, O2 and Vodafone, and we can offer T-Mobile as well. We deal with the major networks because the support and service will be there.

Where are you based?

How many staff do you have?
We have three sales staff and will be taking on some more people soon. The sales staff look after their accounts. We advise our customers and give them the advice that they need.

What is your typical client profile?
We are 100% b2b and in the SME market.

What is your main focus?
We want to retain as many customers as we can as well as growing the customer base. We don’t want the customer base to start falling out the back door.

Where did the name Cani come from?
Cani stands for continuous and never-ending improvement. We want to improve every aspect of the service we offer and that’s what makes us different from other dealers. The main thing is that we don’t just say we are going to save customers money – we actually do it.

What phone do you use?
I have always had a BlackBerry, but I have just started using the iPhone 3G 16GB.
