How long have you been established?
We have been running since May 2006. We have been in telecoms for 15 years and started off with fixed-line and then moved into mobile. We now provide mobile, fixed-line, a billing platform, non-geographic numbers and hosted IP telephony.

Where are you based?

Our headquarters are based in Brentford, but we have four satellite offices in the south east.

What networks do you connect?

We are an O2 approved partner, which is great for our credibility. We are also a Yes Telecom Gold partner and won new business partner of the year. We also connect Orange and T-Mobile.

What makes Crystaline different from other dealers?

There are two things that make us different. Firstly, the service that we offer all our clients – we give them a service level agreement and a commitment to a review every six months. The second thing is that we are not just mobile, we offer a wider set of products than others.

What is your biggest priority?

The biggest thing is new business, we also look at internal churn and retention – we simply do not let a customer leave.

What is your average customer profile?

The average customer is a SME business with five to 50 mobiles, but we do have some bigger accounts.

What is your best selling product?

BlackBerry is the email device of choice and the iPhone is increasingly becoming a business device as well.

What handset do you use?
The new BlackBerry Bold. It’s cracking.
