How long have you been established?
Last Stop Consultants was established just over 18 months ago in December 2008. An ethos of customer satisfaction and a vibrant internal working atmosphere has ensured steady and progressive growth since our inception.
What networks do you connect?
We are able to process connections to four of the five major networks in the UK; O2, Vodafone, Orange and 3. Our primary driver is ensuring that our customers benefit from the most relevant tariff and account setup, meaning we have no bias in terms of connecting to a particular network.
How many people work in the company?
We now have 24 full-time members of staff, the majority of which deal with sales and after sale support.
Where are you based?
We are based in the market town of Nantwich, Cheshire.
What is your typical client profile?
Initially, most of our business was driven towards local companies of various sizes, the majority of which were SMEs. Through commitment to our customers and continual growth we have expanded our client portfolio to include some much larger, nationally based companies, while still focusing our efforts on satisfying our existing customer base. A significant amount of business we generate is through referrals.
What is your best selling product and why?
Due to our wide range of suppliers in a number of industries, we are in the fortunate position of being able to offer customers exactly what they want, when they want it. If we were to place a single product as our ‘best seller’, it would probably be the range of BlackBerry handsets, which are hugely popular among business users.
How do you define good customer service?
We hear some real horror stories from customers regarding levels of service they have received in the past. As a huge percentage of our business comes through referrals, we set ourselves very high standards when it comes to customer service. Each and every customer has a dedicated account manager who is happy to process and action requests not only during working hours, but also beyond close of business.
What makes you different from other dealers out there?
Many of our existing members of staff have experience in the industry, which has given us a great insight into our main competitors.
What handset do you use?
I personally switched to a BlackBerry Bold 9000 around six months ago and struggle to see how I made it through life without it!
