The company has been in business since 1995.

What networks do you connect?
At present we connect Orange and Vodafone.
What is your typical customer profile?
Our customers are typically business users. We deal with every kind of business user, from sole traders to Blue Chip companies.
How do you look after your customers?
By talking to customers, we find out exactly what they need from their mobile service and match that with a relevant tariff. We then stay in contact with our customers via regular calls, newsletters and hints and tips emails. We have found that by having an ongoing dialogue with our customers, they will stay with us for the long term and often refer business to us.
Do you offer any other services apart from mobile?
We also offer Telenav satellite navigation, vehicle tracking, hosted and fixed BES servers, M2M and fixed IP data cards.
What are your best selling products?
We sell a lot of BlackBerry and BES Installations/support.
What makes you different from other dealers?
We have invested heavily in client support and established dedicated communication routes. All members at Scancom.co.uk have a deep knowledge of everything BlackBerry, as well as Data solutions.
What handset do you use?
I use a BlackBerry 9700.
