Samsung has spent the last 12 months developing its relationships within the retail and call centre community. It has gained exceptional brand advocacy and support through more than 150 trainers across the country. The manufacturer recently introduced 80 ‘Galaxy Master’ tactical trainers who are full time product experts. The ‘Masters’ work with sales staff on a daily basis in and around the key device launches.

The manufacturer added a third Centre of Excellence training site in the Midlands to complement existing centres in the North and South of the UK. The panel praised the Centre of Excellence facilities saying that they enabled staff to learn about the manufacturer’s products in a long term way. - A key comment from the judging panel was that: ‘Samsung
