Specially discounted retail (£11.50 p.a) feature. ● tRadE in, Buy Back When your customers are ready to upgrade, we can arrange to buy back their old handset at a market-leading rate – either as cash or as a credit to trade-in for a new device. ● htc SmaRtcaRE pluS Additional technical and device configuration support with the option for customers to receive new devices completely set up and ready to use, out of the box. For larger businesses, we can even arrange on-site support. ● inSuRancE HTC liquid damage device insurance is provided free of charge to a percentage of handsets sold in the Gold tier. Via reseller eligibility, businesses can benefit from this first to market free liquid damage cover. An excess is payable. ● WaRRanty All HTC devices have a limited warranty period of 24 months from purchase, with 12 months for accessories. ● maRkEting SERvicES Includes access to the Partner Programme Portal, as well as a training programme, trial loan scheme, roadshow support and incentive programme.
