20:20 launches white label recycling service
20:20 has launched a white label service for dealers to recycle customers’ old handsets.
The recycling programme offers companies cash or trade-in value for unused handsets.
The programme aims to increase customer satisfaction, retention rates and increase online conversion rates.
The recycling scheme can be customised to suit the needs of dealers who use the system. Dealers can choose between a fully running white-label site and in-store options.
20:20 will pay dealers for recycled handsets.
20:20 Mobile managing director James Browning said: ‘Consumer awareness of phone recycling is increasing, creating great opportunities for established businesses to offer their own recycling service in creative ways. Our white label solution means organisations can have their own mobile handset recycling service up and running with minimal management, safe in the knowledge that they will be offering a competitive service with the logistic resources of Europe’s largest mobile phone distributor to back them up.’
