Active Business Comms wins O2 award
Active Business Communications has won an award for the highest levels of customer satisfaction across the O2 Centre of Excellence programme in 2010.
The award, which was based on a customer satisfaction survey carried out by O2, places Active at the top of an elite group of resellers in the UK.
Active Business Communications MD Mark Boyle said: 'The past year has seen a period of significant investment in the business, including the rebranding of the company and the recruitment of several new members of staff. This award is a fitting tribute to the efforts of all the staff at Active, and recognition from the industry of the importance we place on excellent customer service'.
O2 head of partners Maggie Kennedy said: ‘The Active Business approach to customer experience is superb and clearly puts the customer at the heart of everything they do – this is a great achievement and Active thoroughly deserve this award.’
