Quore, the London-based managed telephony specialist, has been awarded Platinum Partner status with Vodafone. Platinum is the highest of Vodafone’s three indirect channel partner tiers.
Platinum status is granted to dealers who are able to demonstrate the right skills and performance to be placed in the highest tier. Quore has achieved its status based on value, volume, levels of capability and customer service within the company.
The Vodafone Partner Programme (VPP), was launched in October 2010. Vodafone has recently been reviewing the status of its platinum, gold and silver partners.
Dale Parkinson, head of Vodafone Partner Services said: ‘Our prestigious platinum partner tier recognises the business partners which exhibit the highest level of capability and skills and have helped create the best customer experience on the UK's best network. Not only does Quore understand the opportunity that unified communications offers to its business and customers, but it also has an award-winning team that continues to achieve the highest Vodafone standards.’
Ronnie Nag, MD at Quore (pictured) added: ‘Reaching Platinum partner status with Vodafone is testament to the team's achievements. Our focus on providing our customers with a single point of contact for all their telecommunications, underpinned by predictable costs, has enabled us to steal a march on the competition. We look forward to a future working closely with Vodafone to provide our customers with levels of customer service which match the impressive communications technology we offer.’
