Daisy Group signs unified comms deal with Time Out
Unifed comms company Daisy Group has signed a deal with media company Time Out to upgrade its telephony and networks services.
The company's first priority will be to install a new IP-based Mitel telephony system for the company's 200 members of staff at its London headquarters. Daisy Group said by bringing together its voice and fixed line telephony, Time Out will make a 'significant' return on investment during the next few years. Will Kennedy [pictured], corporate sales director at Daisy Group, said: 'As a first step to strengthen the communications between its global offices, we will be transferring Time Out’s communications to an IP-based platform.'
The unified comms company will then bring an IP-based telephony system to Tme Out's New York office. Kennedy added: 'We are delighted to have been chosen by a company which is not just a success in the UK but worldwide. The prospect of installing the system to facilitate the business’ global network is especially exciting, as we continue to expand our customer base.'
