Travel management company Portman Travel has announced a strategic partnership with white label mobile travel services company, Mantic Point, to develop a suite of new-generation products.
Adding to the many services and innovations already on offer to clients, Portman has chosen Mantic Point to power its email, mobile and online itineraries, providing business travellers with 24/7 access to up-to-date information that will help them plan and manage their trip.
Once deployed across the business, Portman Travel will be able to manage and control multiple communication channels through an increasing variety of technologies, which will provide a seamless, supportive and personalised customer experience when introduced in early 2013.
