More CWW executives join Vodafone enterprise team
Vodafone UK has made two appointments to its enterprise management team, as it speeds up the integration of Cable and Wireless Worldwide.
Matt Key has been appointed head of large sales, takling responsibility for UK mobile and fixed sales to the UK's bigger organisations. He held a similar role at CWW and has recently been working on the integration of the two businesses. Brian Woodford has also joined from CWW as head of public sector sales, having carried out a similar role at the fixed line provider.
Woodford and Key report into UK enterprise director and executive director of CWW Jeroen Hoencamp. They take over from Dale Parkinson, who was formerly Vodafone's head of large business and public sector. A new role for Parkinson has yet to be announced.
The acquistion of Cable and Wireless Worldwide was carried out last summer and cost the operator £1bn. CWW's former CEO Gavin Darby was today (29 January) appointed the CEO of Premier Foods.
