Ingram Micro has strengthened its unified communications product offering by signing up Sangoma to its list of vendors.
The distributor will add Sangoma's NetBorder Lync Express server manager, which can connect up to 500 devices, to its portfolio of products and services. Ingram Micro said it would also add the company's voice over internet protocol Media Gateway and Session Border Controllers to its devices.
Jon Bunyard, director of the Advanced Solutions UK division at Ingram Micro, said: 'The addition of Sangoma to our vendor lineup, combined with the compelling proposition we are developing through our partnerships with ShoreTel, Microsoft LyncTM, Cisco, OAISYS and Jabra, lends significant weight to our value proposition in the Unified Communications space.'
Bill Wignall, CEO and president of Sangoma, said: 'We are very pleased that Ingram Micro has chosen to work with Sangoma. Over the past year, we have continued to grow our worldwide footprint, with a variety of highly innovative new products targeted at customers that provide more advanced solutions to both the Carrier and Enterprise markets, including the Lync ecosystem.'
