Savincom has launched a new website focusing on BYOD to support its drive into unified comms.
The website features SavinStore, which includes a BYOD service for Savincom’s customers, giving their employees access to cut price deals on mobiles, tablets, accessories and contracts. ‘We believe BYOD is where the market is heading and is a key business challenge for our customers, which we can help them manage,’ said MD Vinod Kakkar.
Customers can also create BYOD schemes offering discounted staff membership deals on mobile phones and contracts with Vodafone, with the deal expected to be rolled out to other networks in the future.
SavinStore mobile phone deals also include a business grade replacement service, which guarantees next day replacements for the length of the 24 month contract.
Kakkar added: ‘This service can be deployed as a BYOD scheme with a bolt-on Savincom mobile device management solution.’
Savincom is already trialling the scheme with one of its major customers, which is opening up new opportunities, said Kakkar. ‘Of all the employees that have bought from the store, over 70% have also bought at least one accessory as well.’
The website also features SavinSupport – a customer management system which uses Zendesk software to provide state of the art customer support services, including rapid response times to customers’ enquiries, which combined with training has seen response times cut from three hours to under 60 minutes.
The website also features a news site – SavinNews – which will carry updates on new product launches and industry news as well as links to Twitter, Facebook and YouTube.
