Avenir Telecom has extended its contract with Energizer for another 5 years.
The deal sees Avenir Telecom licensed to distribute Energizer products throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.The distributor said it is also expanding into markets in Asia and Latin America.
The Energizer accessory line, which is distributed via the Avenir Accessories division, includes a range of USB, mains, car and portable chargers, adaptors and cables.
It also includes the recently launched Qi charging solutions which embrace Qi technology, the global standard for wireless charging.
Avenir first inked its partnership deal with Energizer in 2010.This latest deal will run to 2018. Last year the distributor ramped up its drive into the accessories market with the launch of its Avenir Accessories division, which distributes a range of accessories including Energizer's portfolio.
