Regenersis is ramping up its worldwide operations by signing deals with Telefónica, Nokia and Samsung.
The mobile repair and services company now has contracts worth over £40m per year after recently inking agreements with HTC and LG. The new deals will see Regenersis work with Telefónica Insurance in Spain, Nokia in Poland and Samsung in Mexico.
Telefónica approached Regenersis to look after its end-to-end solution, in which it will undertake handset take-back, refurbishment and device management. Regenersis' Polish operation with Nokia will involve 'Level 4' repairs. The deal makes Regenersis the only company in the world with that level of accreditation.
In Mexico, Samsung's flagship customer service centre will be operated by Regenersis, and the firm will be responsible for repairs, help and sales of mobile phones, tablets and notebooks, among other Samsung devices. The two companies already work together across Europe.
Earlier this month Mobile revealed that the repair company had signed a large deal with Taiwanese smartphone maker HTC across Europe. Regenersis also operates a fully managed contact centre for LG UK and Ireland.
Executive Chairman Matthew Peacock said: ‘Global technology brands are seeing the benefits of working with a company whose priority is to create a globally consistent high level of service and support. We have placed the globalisation and integration of our business, building the stand-out team in our sector, and innovation at the heart of our business. It’s clearly yielding results.’
