Telecoms company and IT managed services provider Peach Telecom has rebranded as Peach Technologies to reflect its growing range of services and to help it target larger clients.
The company has also adopted the slogan ‘making technology simple’ and launched a new website to coincide with the rebranding.
The move follows Peach’s acquisition of Nexus Business Group, an IT Managed Service Provider in July last year. Nexus is Peach’s fourth acquisition, and part of the company’s continuing drive into the converged market.
Peach Technologies, which is based in Whiteley, Hampshire, and has more than 3,000 SME customers, is now targeting larger, mid-market firms. .
Commenting on the rebranding, Peach Technologies CEO, Darren Scott-Healey (pictured), said: ‘It heralds an exciting time for Peach. We now have a consistent identity and use the word technologies in our name to reflect our telecoms and IT offerings. The logo gives us a more professional look and feel for entering the mid-market arena, while reflecting the company’s dynamism and innovation.
‘We have always specialised in small to medium-sized businesses, but we are naturally progressing into the mid-market so we needed a slicker look, which is more appropriate for enterprise organisations,’ Scott-Healey said.
