Tech Data Mobile will expand its presence in the wearables market by offering a tracking device to its UK resellers and retailers.
The distributor explained the Trackimo personal GPS tracking device will open up new areas of business, claiming it will enable resellers to attract new customers. Tech Data Mobile said it will focus on boosting its wearables portfolio to take advantage of the ‘huge potential’ in the market.
David Brassington, vendor director, said that the popularity of wearables is starting to gather pace, explaining that retailers and resellers need to introduce customers to the benefits of the technology.
