Vodafone’s new partner programme is to come into effect on the first of January with over 100 dealers accredited under the new scheme that includes customer support requirements, technology training and a new partner portal.
The new system sees the operator move away from a tiered partner structure – ie platinum, gold and silver in favour of a segmented approach, with the new partner categories based around the type and specialty of services offered.
- Total Communications Status – 1,000 hours of capability training across sales, ops and support, plus expertise across Vodafone’s fixed and mobile solution.
- Advance Status – capabilities in fixed and mobile with a specialism in one of these areas.
- Specialist status – indepth knowledge of fixed and mobile with additional advanced solutions such as Core Voice, VSDM and cloud collaboration services.
- Approved status – meets the required service level in either fixed line or mobile.
