Orange-only distributor Mainline unveils aggressive play
Orange-only distributor Mainline will continue to pay all commissions up-front to dealers despite the new ongoing Orange revenue share model starting in January.
Mainline has told its dealers that it will offer ongoing revenue incentives of up to 16% after the first 12 months of the customer’s contract as well as maintain the up-front payment.
The move creates an agreeable model for its dealers, while appeasing the interest of Orange by encouraging dealers to bring quality connections.
An Orange spokesperson said it was ‘exploring changes around the commission model’, adding: ‘This includes the introduction of a revenue share model to the indirect channel, which would only affect sub-dealers in how they get paid commission.’
