Orange dealers in technical glitch with new revenue share system
Orange’s revenue share system has suffered initial technical issues restricting access to the customer spend information needed to calculate ongoing commission.
The issues meant direct dealers and distributors were not able to access reporting or customer detail, which they use to calculate ongoing payment.
The lack of customer spend information has meant a perceived delay in payment for some dealers, as distributors were unclear how much to pay without customer information.
An Orange spokesperson said: ‘While we were aware of technical teething problems, which resulted in some confusion on payment dates, the issue has now been resolved.
Orange moved to a revenue share system in April.
