Mainline reports success with in house telemarketing team
Mainline’s new in-house telemarketing team is celebrating its 200 qualified appointment this week.
The Orange distributor’s three people strong marketing team, does campaigns and appointment booking on behalf of dealers.
The telemarketing team has done campaigns which include; targeting sole traders and partnerships with single subscriber plans; geographical campaigns to boost the number of appointments for a field sales team; and sector-specific campaigns, where a dealer has already had success with a particular business type.
Mainline’s director of dealer sales, Gail Hollinshead, said: ‘Unlike third-party call centres, it is embedded in our business and is totally up to speed with all things mobile. In addition, each campaign is focused on what is right for the individual dealer. The appointments we make are therefore more appropriate and the quality of the entire service is enhanced.’
