Midland steps in to fix Orange revenue share system problems

Orange distributor Midland has informed dealers they can now access customer spend details following technical problems with Orange’s ongoing commission system.

Dealers were reassured in an email from the distributor on Tuesday (7 July), after delays in the April and May payments.

Customer spend data is required to calculate revenue share payment, which is based on a customer’s actual ARPU and is done on a month by month basis.

Orange told Mobile earlier this month that it had ‘technical teething’ problems with the customer spend models, which resulted in ‘confusion on payment dates’.
