Telco Communications' sales rise 38% in one year despite recession
The indirect channel continues to report that it is bucking the economic downturn, as another b2b focused company reported an increase in sales.
Birmingham based Orange business specialist Telco Communications said it has increased its sales by 38% over the past year.
The b2b dealer, which focuses on providing independent advice for its clients, has also managed to increase its customer retention rate to 98.7%.
Telco operations manager Sean Smith said the key to the success of the business is the level of service it is able to offer.
He said: ‘The [mobile] business has changed so much and we have gained a reputation of having the highest integrity.
‘We have a huge after-sales department and major infrastructure in place for customer service and retention. We offer long-term value for money and have a wide range of clients.’
The b2b dealer was established in 2003 and was made an Orange business specialist in July.
