O2 3G voice goes down in London
O2 customers in south and south west London were unable to make 3G calls for an hour last Sunday (4 October) as the network suffered another outage.
The problem was caused by a failure at one of the operator’s London sites, and is the latest in a number of network problems that have affected O2.
Several data outages over the last few months have left some customers unable to send texts or access the internet.
O2 said the latest problems did not affect text messages, internet access or 2G calls.
