Barclay Communications tops O2 league table

Barclay Communications has reached to the top slot in O2’s Centre of Excellence partner league table.

The northern Irish dealer claims that it has achieved the postion through growing affiliation with O2 and its mobile products.

The league table is calculated by looking at Centre of Excellence partners’ new connections, Bolt Ons, ARP and churn.

Barclay Communications director of b2b telecommunications Adrian McCourt said: ‘Over the last year we have really upped our commitment and investment in the O2 brand. Our team has expanded, and we have created more specialised customer service departments for our clients. This result is a real credit to our teams’ hard work, and our new clients trust in our reputable service.’

O2 head of partnerships, Maggie Kennedy said: ‘Barclay Communications is a Centre of Excellence partner which leads in voice, data and customer service. Its business ethos is the same as that of O2 - in turning customers into fans and this is evident throughout the account.’

The dealer has previously been at the top of the league table. Its return to the position was achieved with iPhones creating the most new connections, RIM handsets were in second place and Nokia in third.
