Mainline continues dealer training programme in 2010
Mainline will run a series of group product days over the course 2010 due to the ‘success’ of the events last year.
The focus of the training will continue to be on Samsung, BlackBerry and the iPhone.
The aim is to offer dealers a through understanding of handset features.
Mainline director of dealer sales, Gail Hollinshead, said: ‘We’ve had great feedback from our dealers about the training that Mainline offers.
‘With the ever-changing market and so many technological developments to keep up with, we want to make sure our dealers are fully up-to-date with the latest handset specifications.
'This helps them to continue to offer their customers the highest level of service and product knowledge.'
