Barclay Communications opens new Belfast call centre

Northern Ireland based Barclay Communications has opened a new 36 seat call centre in Belfast.

The O2 partner is currently recruiting for all areas of the business and is in the process of expanding.

The new call centre will be focussed on O2 SME customers and all Northern Ireland’s SMEs.

Barclay Communications MD, Britt Megahey, said: ‘Thanks to our O2 partnership and product diversity we have been lucky enough to continue growing in spite of the difficult economic conditions and now we are boosting our staff numbers once again with the new call centre, plus a number of new account managers, sales, web and customer service positions.

‘We have always expanded the company by focusing on the customer, their needs and what would genuinely add value to their business. This new call centre will enable us to continue this strategy and provide our clients with a new, complete and high quality service that includes great new benefits which are only available from us.’
