Fizzback extends into Carphone Europe
Fizzback, the company that provides customer feedback to retail staff, will be used by Carphone Warehouse in Europe, which is part of Best Buy Europe.
The two companies already work together in the UK and the relationship will now be extended to whole of Europe. The service will be used to monitor customer service in 2,400 stores.
Carphone Warehouse operates under the Phone House brand in eight countries.
Best Buy Europe retail director Steve Blan said: ‘We’re committed to offering the best customer service on the high street, in every country where we operate. Fizzback has already proven itself to be a service critical to this mission, having driven significant improvements over the last 18 months in the UK. It makes complete sense to roll the service across Europe.’
