Anovo awarded Sony Ericsson accreditation
Handset repair company Anovo has been awarded Sony Ericsson’s highest level of accreditation.
The company has been working with Sony Ericsson for several years and has now invested in resources to achieve level four accreditation.
Anovo’s new status means it can now carry out all repairs for Sony Ericsson without relying on outsourcing.
Sony Ericsson service account manager Daniel Antwi said: ‘Anovo has consistently delivered good repair results through strong staff development and training and co-operation since we selected them as a repair partner. This latest graduation to Level 4 accreditation reinforces our relationship and the fact that Anovo are a key strategic partner to Sony Ericsson in the UK.’
Anovo UK chief commercial officer Stephen Maxwell said: ‘We are delighted to receive the highest repair level accreditation from Sony Ericsson. As a specialist in technology after-sales solutions, ANOVO has a significant telecoms division and as such we pride ourselves on our manufacturer repair accreditation portfolio. This will benefit our wide, existing range of operator and retail customers.’
