Android HTC Gratia to launch in November

HTC will launch its Android 2.2 smartphone, the HTC Gratia, in November this year.

The four-inch touch-screen handset features a wrap-around soft cover and a five-megapixel colour camera with auto focus.

HTC Gratia also features the HTC Sense user interface, offering Friend Stream – an application that brings Facebook, Twitter and Flickr updates.

The HTC Gratia will be available through operators and retailers across major European markets from November 2010.

HTC EMEA chief Florian Seiche, said: ‘HTC’s mantra is to provide a unique mix of experience and choice to people using our phones. HTC Gratia offers something completely different. Its compact size, beautiful design and power with Android 2.2, combined with its personalised experience through HTC Sense, is uniquely compelling. We can’t wait to bring HTC Gratia to our customers in Europe.’
