Samsung and Carphone launch youth charity Get Connected handset
Samsung and Carphone Warehouse are working alongside youth charity Get Connected by including its logo and contact details on the Tocco Lite packaging.The phone, which targets the teenage market, retails at £44.95. The jointly branded packaging aims to help Get Connected hit its target to double the amount of young people it supports.
Samsung Mobile UK MD Simon Stanford said: ‘Samsung is delighted to support Get Connected through the sales of Tocco Lite – this handset is incredibly successful and popular amongst children and young people in the UK. By working with this invaluable and supportive helpline for teenagers, alongside Carphone Warehouse, we are able to make our customers aware of the Get Connected service.’
