Three has released its iPad price plans, with the 16GB device available for £199 on a £25 per month contract. It will go on sale today (3 December).
The 32GB version is available for £249, while the 64GB version can be bought for £349 on a £25 per month contract.
The operator also provides the iPad on Pay As You Go.
Earlier this week, Everything Everywhere revealed that the iPad would go on sale through T-Mobile and Orange direct channels for £199 for the 16GB version. It is available to the network’s current customers on a £25 per month contract.
Although both are offering the iPad for the same price, Three's deal beats Everything Everywhere's because it is offering 15GB of data, compared with the JV's 1GB.
Three sales and marketing chief Marc Allera said: ‘We are delighted to launch new pricing options for iPad with Wi-Fi + 3G, in addition to our competitive Sim-only plans for iPad in the UK. Our network is the largest 3G network in the country and came first in the two most recent YouGov surveys of Mobile Broadband customers - ensuring our customers enjoy the very best mobile performance on iPad.’
