Everything Everywhere looks to expand indirect channel partner numbers
Everything Everywhere is also looking to strengthen its indirect channel partner numbers as part of its assault on the SME market.
Everything Everywhere’s Martin Lyne said: ‘We have every intention of keeping a broad footprint in the indirect channel this year.’
Lyne said Orange’s indirect channel plays a pivotal role in Everything Everywhere’s SME strategy. He explained: ‘We are focusing here on small businesses of typically one to 10 employees. The partners we sell through are also SMEs and so they have that commonality with our customers and that understanding of their needs, so they are absolutely key to us.’
Andrew Boden, Mainline Digital Communications’ MD, welcomed Pocket Landline as a new source of revenue for dealers.
He said: ‘Pocket Landline is an exciting opportunity for us as it signals a start towards convergence products from Orange that target both the landline and mobile needs of small and medium business customers.
‘The simple plans can be added to any business talk plan, which means we can talk to all our customers about the service.
‘In addition, Pocket Landline offers a substantial revenue stream for resellers promoting the product.’
