HTC showcases three new HTC Sense smartphones

HTC has built on the success of three of  its flagship smartphones by developing three new versions – the HTC Desire S, HTC Wildfire S and HTC Incredible S - which were unveiled today at Mobile World Congress.

Vodafone has announced it will stock all three new phones, which will start to ship in Q2 this year.

Peter Chou, CEO of HTC Corporation said: ‘HTC developed the HTC Sense experience to bring cutting edge innovation to our customers in simple and natural ways that just make sense - this is what HTC Desire S, HTC Wildfire S and HTC Incredible S represent best. These new phones offer an exhilarating mix of style, innovation and features that extend people’s mobile experience in ways that feel personal and completely original.’

HTC Desire S is sculpted out of a single block of aluminum, giving it a solid feel. It sports Qualcomm’s new 1GHz Snapdragon MSM8255 processor, dual front and back cameras, HD video recording and a 3.7-inch WVGA display.

The HTC Wildfire S smartphone is an affordable, compact device which is one of HTC’s smallest phones ever, measuring just 10.13cm long and 5.94cm wide. It boasts a distinctive 3.2-inch HVGA display.

The phone comes in a wide variety of colors including black, purple and white and has a fully customisable home screen. It also has a five-megapixel color camera with auto focus, expandable microSD memory and support for a variety of audio and video formats.

The HTC Incredible S (pictured) has a four-inch WVGA Super LCD display and stereo surround sound as well as an eight-megapixel front-facing camera with dual-flash and video calling. Users can share videos, photos and music from the handset direct to a TV using DLNA technology.
