Three staff complain after pay error

Three store staff did not get paid as normal this morning (25 May) after a banking error.

A Three spokesman said this morning: ‘Our payroll was executed as normal – we are talking to our bank about why the money has not yet arrived in people’s accounts and will resolve this as soon as possible.’

Mobile received complaints from several unhappy staffers, who said they had been given no detail on why the error had occured. One said: 'There has been no explanation as to why pay has not gone through and it took until 3pm to tell us that pay would go through tomorrow.'

Three confirmed that some pay packets had gone through by 4pm today and said that the remainder would be paid tomorrow.
