O2 Media has appointed Kelly Wearmouth in the new role of head of content partnerships.
The announcement follows the recent appointment of Tom Hosking as head of O2 More last month.
The former Microsoft Advertising head of MSN Sales will work closely with the Global Telefónica Partnership team and the Telefónica Marketing Group and report to Gary Cole, commercial director at O2 Media.
Wearmouth, who is credited for overseeing the successful launch of the UK’s number one men’s lifestyle channel, MSN Him, will be responsible for the development of 02’s content partnerships in a bid to generate long-term revenue growth.
O2 Media commercial director Gary Cole said: ‘Kelly has an impressive track record working for Microsoft Advertising and Unilever. I am looking forward to incorporating her fresh insight and expertise into O2 Media and using all of her skills to take our content strategy to the next level.’
